I guess they're still waiting for someone (anyone?) to supply them with a valuation. Either that or they have received a valuation and don't like it... /mod hat definitely off .. I was betting on the latter. For two valuers to scr*w-up-and-run would seem like more than a coincidence, so maybe the negotiations are going on around 'how little can you survive on' as opposed to 'how much do you want'. It doesn't seem totally popular on the forum, but it may eventually be 'beggars can't be choosers' (and there are plenty of folks not on the forums). If the valuation was a little less optimistic, and the LTV was a little lower ...

Two new Scottish loans straight in at No. 3. Former 2 story residential villa near Glasgow. Can't believe that anywhere north of the border can be worth £275k (especially one as ugly as this one)

The two Glasgow tiddlers that were recently added now have numbers - PBL101 and PBL102. Presumably they will go live soon but no email yet. Edit: I think it is now customary to hand over to cooling_dude  |

Sounded like a proper nightmare that! If you're around they'll all be good loans, just ones I'm over invested in. Not holding anything that is remotely due to repay at the moment. Fingers crossed  |
