Also known in the industry by their ever popular: "Earn Up TO FIVE* Percent!"
But being serious for a moment, I have just disposed of 15.96 of a loan part and the allocation was £1.00 to 15 parties and £0.96 to one. This makes no sense if investors were being served equally at equal times. However, perhaps everyone presently bidding is queued and are served a standard amount [£1] in rotation? Certainly I've been picking up £1 amounts against my order here and there each day for the best part of the last year.

Or the one only had 96p in their account or only had 96p outstanding on a buy order.

Are there many retail investors actually using AC anymore?

Are there many retail investors actually using AC anymore? Quite a few I would assume given there is c£118m in the AA, plus still money being invested via the MLA (IIRC there is one institutional investor who invests via the retail channel but bulk will still be retail) - not to mention a queue to invest.

I was looking at the Whale #1551 a loan for £3.15million
There are units looking for a home, these are the numbers of the last three days (I've since added more entries), since it drew:

| £636,105.33 & £973.02 @ -0.50%
| July
|
| 19.7.22
| £611,672.92 (it was higher than this)
| 5.7.22
| £618,308.93 (Increase)

| 23.6.22
| £628,954.90

| £630,935.65
| 17.6.22
| £656,854.72
| 13.6.22
| £672,663.27
| 9.6.22
| £688,807.38
| 6.6.22
| £748,339.79
| 2.6.22
| £774,062.41
| May

| 24.5.22
| £896,901.21 10.45pm
| 23.5.22
| £901,136.47 11pm
| 19.5.22 | £977,467.91 (but by 10pm £972,998.68)
| 18 | £988,253.31 | 17 | £1,080,077.03 |
It may show nothing as the Underwriter (AA presumably) could be releasing more, but if not someone is buying them. I bought £500

I just logged in (10pm) and I can see this message above my queued AA instructions.
But when I log out I can see this message
Which is pretty much the opposite of the other message above ... I'll check tomorrow, but I guess we're half way through it changing.

Has the investment queue improved at all. Anyone have any idea how long it is? In his interview on Financial Thing Stuart Law, somewhat unconvincingly, suggested that the investment queue would start to move by the end of April. It hasn’t happened so far…

It's changed back to "being queued" now. I'm sure they know what they're doing.

It's changed back to "being queued" now. I'm sure they know what they're doing. Whilst logged in I still see the same as you But I seem to have the smallest of movements in the AA invest queue
So that translates as a full £5.57 of my queued money has today been invested into the Standard 30DAA (I created the invest instruction as an auto-reinvest almost exactly a year ago)
Wahoo!
(Wahoo is similar to the Barracuda for those on Zopa)

Whats the time stamp on your instruction? Any money kicked out of the AA should be sat in the queue at some point on 7 Jun (criteria queue position is based on unknown, it didnt all enter at the same time) and clearing that is probably the biggest hold up of getting any momentum to the AA queue

I thought it was an auto-invest to deal with my interest, but it from the look of it, I must've made it(?), though I've no idea now why. Perhaps it was to track the q?
And the buy's details were

AC returned free cash from the AA on 7/6/21, anyone who didnt have an active withdrawal instruction greater or equal to the amount returned had the balance put into the queue to re-enter the account. I suspect this is what your instruction is ie auto-created by AC. In theory, everyone should have gone back into the queue at the same point, as everyone came out at the same point, but AC seem to have used unknown criteria to create a queue rather than big pool of money. The big pool would have meant everybody got some money invested each time the AA required additional funds so would have been fairer. Mine is three minutes behind yours
