My average rate as given by Elf up from 8.4% last January to 8.8% this year, on three year loans. Just paid this month so maximum rate compared to maximum last January. I think they said they were increasing rates to borrowers a while ago. On the Account Details page you can get current projected rates for different maturities, currently ranging from 8% for 6 months to 10% for 3 years. My actual earnings rates are lower than this - 4 x 1-year investments about to mature are all showing 6.7% now. They were at 7% when February's interest went in. My 3-year investments show AERs related to how long they've been running - higher for older investments. Currently ranging from 6.6% for Dec 2025 maturity to 8.1% for May 2025. Those rates will of course increase when we get interest for March included. I hadn't looked at the rates on the Account Details for ages, projected rates were much lower before (5.8% for 3 years when I first invested about 3 years ago, so my rates are well over), I assume they've increased them inline with the new higher rates to borrowers. Do you know what the projections were when you invested a year ago?

They seem to have risen again since but I didn't notice when.

My forecast payment for this month is an AER of 9.3%. I'm mostly invested in the 3 year loans.

I just realised that you were specifically asking about May. My annualised return in May was also 9.3%.
My XIRR since joining in Feb 2020 is 8.79%, so rates are generally rising. I've made a total of 20 investments over that time. 16 are live, and are all for 3 year terms. The 4 that have already matured were a mixture of terms; one 3 year, two 2 years, and 1 six months.

My XIRR is only 7.06%. This is due to investing in mainly 6 months terms. This year I've started renewing them for 1 and 2 years terms so in theory it should get better.

Might have a go at this one. Are there any referral offers, introductory cashback, preferential terms to be had just now?

I thought only for debt packager and cyrpto. Are you saying FCA doesn't like promoting P2P with referral bonus as well?

I suppose referring an enemy investing high risk bonuses hasn't be banned yet, but no firm are promoting that way either.
Meanwhile, our Gambling commission are happy to turn a blind eye on referral bonus for bookmakers, casinos.

Yes ...but plenty of scope to encourage new signups by other means, e.g. explorep2p.com/sign-up-bonuses/. Hence my question. Bung via Topcashback or anything like that, anyone?

That site appears to be very out of date. The investment rates quoted are from the dim and distant past. I don't believe any of the UK platform offers quoted are still available.
