I have downloaded my non-isa statement for 2021/22 which gives interest for the year, defaulted loans, recoveries during the year and net interest to be declared. If there are subsequent recoveries for these loans, or for any loans from earlier years, I should notify HMRC of the recoveries except these have now been sold on so I will not be aware and I will not be the recipient of any recoveries. Any views?

Not a recipient = Nothing to report.
(NB. not official advice, just a well-educated guess )

All your defaulted loans have been 'sold' (for nothing) to Zopa. Any future recoveries are theirs, not yours.
