Trying to invest through kuflink is becoming silly. Every time I see a notification email, usually within a couple of hours, the investment has been filled. This has happened several times now. If this is likely to become the norm, Kuflink should restrict the investable amount for the first 24 hrs to allow more investors to get a part of the loan.

I've missed one today by 3 hours since e-mail arrived. Missed one last week too... Shorter supply this month and increasingly hungry investors I agree, at this time some kind of restriction would be a good idea.

I think the problem recently has been that the loans have been quite small and have been filled quickly by investors placing small amounts. I have seen some and missed some as well so someone may well correct me.
Edit: Just checked and of the last 10 live loans there are 2 that are about £300k and 7 that are less than £50k and 2 that were less than £20k.
I agree that it is very annoying though.

I looked at today's loan as soon as the email arrived. It was a £308k loan but only £125k was available by the time I logged in. Perhaps the auto accounts are taking large slices before being released to Self-select, or perhaps there's some institutional funding being satisfied.

Reminds me of the situation at Lendy at the height of its popularity. Please let that be the only thing the two platforms have in common...
With the new tax year, the loans could be filling quickly because there's lots of additional ISA money trying to find a home. If so, then hopefully the current issue will resolve itself soon enough.

I don't know – the big tranche last week hung around for several days and while the ones I've seen notified by email have been snapped up speedily, there's speedily and there's CrowdProperty speedily. I've always had time to top up and invest. There have also been a few offers in the marketplace.
I don't know how this compares to how things were as I'm a new Kuflink investor.

Over the last month or so every loan of mine that is about to be repaid has had an extension, about six or seven have been extended leaving me with nothing to re-invest, perhaps it's happening at the right time looking at the way loans are being filled.

Unfortunately I like to at least pretend to do some DD before deciding if and how much to invest. On the up side I am fairly content to 'miss out' rather than have buyer regret.

I have to admit that I withdrew some money from the platform for the first time in ages in a fit of pique at the lack of availability.
P.S. there's a live loan now, but hurry it's not very large!

This is my finding too and I have been contemplating removing some cash too. These loans do seem to get snapped up very quickly , probably their automatic loans doing it. I dont fancy auto loans as I have no idea what one may end up with after a while. My email and other notifications have stopped working so maybe they dont need my funds. It could all be for the best.

Kuflink has an available loan at the moment, not keen on it, 75% LTV, didn't read the val doc but looks high to me as well.
Kuflink was telling me things have been quiet for the last few weeks due to 'perfect storm' events but I would rather have that than filling the pipeline with inferior loans. Normally it is easy to get funds invested.

Indeed , there were a few second charges of late too. Caution is wise. Still I see from the press that there is to be some commercial buy to let loans here soon ?

There were about 50 loan parts in appearing in the evening of Wednesday in the Secondary Market - it's worth checking that frequently.

latest loan tranche 1 of a near 2million loan overall LTGDV 74.70 rating A3. KFs algorithms might need looking at.this is hardly lower risk lending
