I've just noticed that one of today's loans has been marked at 0.8% / 9.6%. Have UB gone back to the split rates that they had before the June change? I notice that another standard loan went through at 0.8% a month yesterday (23rd Sept).

Good to see an increase in the single interest rate (to 9% pa) on all new loans from today:
Following a market review we are pleased to announce an increase in our monthly interest rates from 0.65% to 0.75% for all loan investments.

It was noticeable that UB started to struggle filling the loans. 9% is reasonable.

There is a resale loan at the new interest rate if anyone is looking to top up.

Going to make another deposit tomorrow morning.

I'm averaging 7.1% overall... how does this compare with others?

I'm averaging 7.1% overall... how does this compare with others? The combined XIRR for my standard and ISA accounts is 8.98%. I started back in March 2018 when rates were a bit higher.

Interest rate increased from today, from 0.75% to 0.85% per month. That's 10.2%. Very good move!

Interest rate increased from today, from 0.75% to 0.85% per month. Is this just reacting to market forces, or a sign of desperation?

There's usually unallocated cash in my accounts waiting to be deployed, though only around the 0.5% of my platform balances. I suspect there are a number of people who are drawing down to move to safer places and this is an attempt to head some of that off by increasing the margin over FSCS protection. It could also be that they have sight of an increased volume ahead.
