Is it just me or is it really quite difficult to actually add money to your account. Going round in circles trying to add funds, try again tomorrow when I feel stronger!
I just use a bank transfer, only the payee reference needs to be changed for each loan.
This works for First Direct, just end up with 2 payees in the list

I just keep one, so I don't have to re-enter sort code and account number, and delete the rest. Could use BoS/Halifax or Lloyds, but prefer to use one account for all p2p transactions (except deposits to KUF whilst Chase pays 1% cash back). After all, deposit to Q is a rare occasion,,, but if we are suddenly start being flooded by Q loansI might do it from Lloyds instead of First Direct.

I do that too, but doesn't work with all banks. I have a friend who lends via nationwide current account. They don't allow the reference number to be altered for a payee. So, each deposit to Q needs to have a new payee setup, including using the card machine verification number thingy. You can edit Nationwide payments, but it's a bit of a pain. I hate the different reference for each payment, it negates the benefits of trying a deposit to make sure it works and then being confident subsequent deposits will be OK. With different references each deposit is a venture into the unknown.

It's not possible via their android banking app, which is the way I always access my account, but it is possible if you access the account via a browser. As you say, it's still a bit of a palaver. So much easier in other banking apps, Santander's for instance.

I still use the first reference I was given when I started lending, the money goes into my cash balance and from there into my latest investment, I never use a different reference code.

Do we have another delinquent borrower? This borrower has always paid by the 11th of the month until now.
