Yes I am scanning for that judgement as well.
Interesting if you input 'financial conduct authority' as a search.
Most cases are withdrawn and I would hate that the outcome is as in 'Mr John'.

Upon the parties agreeing confidential terms of settlement in writing during a judicial mediation today, the Claimant agrees to withdraw his claims and to his claims being dismissed.

although I think that unlikely.

having successfully proved disability discrimination.

The parties were offered written reasons at the hearing but declined. They do have a period of time in which to change their mind though.
