As can be seen I have been warning about the issues with AC since the lock in, at first I was attacked by the friends/family of AC, naive and perhaps some who just wanted to have ago Interesting read thanks for sharing Alender it brought back a lot of the previous memories in 2020 during the first lock in March-April. I was locked in this period as many others likely were in this thread. I was quite supportive of the circumstance given during the first COVID Lockdown but it was later actions including the PRO-RATA distribution that really showed true colors and a disdain for retail investors. There really isn't another way to put it, it's a very unique thing AC offer, is there astonishing condescending wording in statements whilst they basically F you. It in itself is a case study on how not to speak to investors. Just on a personal note, I never reguared you as one of those on the attack, you had your opinion which was different from mine and it was well put without resorting to insults, as facts changed or came to light you changed your opinion and the decency/courage to publish this in the posts.

Sounds like a Netflix documentary in the making.
Are you thinking about something like "Dirty Money" ? I think 2 seasons sliced off the tip of the tip of the iceberg. No doubt the courts are playing an cease and desist role.
I think it is more in line with Harry and Meghan AC • We are the victims (while taking all those lovely fees). • Directors of this stature are forced to live in mansions not big enough for their status and drive Jags not Bentleys • It was the banks, government, investors, markets all conspired against us, we did nothing wrong • We tried to help builders, care companies and investors and we are treated like this, we get no love from those we helped • We were forced to engage with the pesky investor proles • We put our heart and soul into making some great videos which were never appreciated • We tried our best, we needed all those fees to continue in are meager lifestyle • Our Christmas is ruined had to cancel those cases of Bollinger and suffer with the Waitrose home brand. • Me • Me • . • . • Fees • Fees AC. when do we get our payment for this great documentary, if you like and pay enough we can make another perhaps a series.

That's half the script done. The gold digger, I mean the terrible ex-actress, only wanted away from Suits so they didn't kill her off before she sunk the show. It came down to Soap operas or Harry ?

Where is my accrued interest - is it where you left the 'self awareness' of whoever wrote this?

Can anyone tell me if my summary is correct? Re 90 day account. 90 day notice was given yesterday. I will continue to get 90 day interest paid monthly to cash account. Until the 90 days is up and it is moved to cash account. I will get no capital payments for at least 6 months... And it will then dribble on for 4 plus years. I simply dont want to read that email again. "We did everything right, we tried so hard, what else could we have done, everything was against us, we are really nice people who will come out of this better than you lot..." Sounds like a Netflix documentary in the making. I assume the 90 notice was given before the current freeze of the account as I do not think it is possible to do this now. from email • The Access Accounts have ceased to trade and a detailed explanation is below. The recently enabled withdrawal queue has been removed from the Access Accounts and all investors will receive pro-rata capital per loan redemption to their cash account once that process starts.
• Capital will be returned to you as quickly as possible and interest will be provided in the usual way.
• A lender fee will be charged again, to cover costs of the running off of the loan book without the benefit of any new lending income from retail funds.
For those of you with holdings within the 30 Day Access Account and the 90 Day Access Account, notice is served as of today and once the notice period expires you will be invested within the Quick Access Account ready for automatic withdrawal. The target rate of the QAA will be 4% pa. We do not expect withdrawals to commence before these notice periods expire so everybody would be expected to be treated in the same way.
We expect Access Account investors will be able to withdraw capital from redemptions starting in approximately six months’ time based on present estimates and will keep investors informed. Interest will continue to be paid to your cash account monthly. Can’t find anything to say what happens if you are already in the queue perhaps you enter the QAAs in 30 or 90 or when the withdrawal if already in the queue expires, think it is of little importance given the bigger picture. You are right. I removed the 90 days notice yesterday so I may or may not get 3 more months at the much much much higher rate.

Some people here are talking about having received emails. The recent blog website page also refers to something they claim to have said in their previous email. It would appear that not all customers/investors are receiving these messages
I'm not impressed by this company's actions that may appear a bit autocratic, and not keeping me informed about what they are up to.
Besides that, I applied for 30 days notice withdrawal some time (weeks) ago, and I can't see in the account what has happened to that request.

Not good you are not getting the emails like some other, I got 3, 2 for accounts with noting in and 1 where I have 1p See www.assetzcapital.co.uk/blog/an-important-update-regarding-retail-investment-on-assetz-capital#:~:text=When%20did%20the%20Run%20Off,trading%20loan%20holdings%20was%20closed. If you put the request in 30 days for 30DD account before the lock on 28/11 when this was announced the money should be in your cash account and can be withdrawn, however if in your setting you had the invest idle funds or whatever it is now set it will have been moved to QAA, if request after that time or moved to QAA you are stuck there and are in account run down as explained in the above link. If in run down you will get interest and repayments should start in about 6 months with luck taking up to 5 years or perhaps a bit longer for delinquent loans. Good luck, hope you are in the cash account and so can get you money out soon.

Yes, I saw a link to that message when I logged in this morning to withdraw what should have been in the cash account by now, after two withdrawal requests in the first two weeks in November.

If you gave notice (I assume that's what you mean by a withdrawal request) after 30 Oct then it would have gone into the exit queue at par once the notice expired. I doubt there would have been exits at par during that period so the funds should still be in the 30DAA & subject to the current winddown. Might be in the QAA ... not entirely sure how AC are treating notice expired cash ... shifting it straight to QAA or waiting until the 30DAA shuts.

It may be that your email provider's automated spam filters are blocking AC's messages before they reach you. This happened to me a few years ago (messages never reached me, not even in my spam folder). Neither AC nor my email provider (Virgin) could fix it. My solution was to change my email address registered with AC to a gmail address set up for the purpose, from which I auto-forwarded AC's messages to my "real" email.
