Ace - I've just logged in - there was a delay in clicking the logon button until the username/password dialogue showed up. That actually happens quite a lot. I'm using Firefox - are you trying different browsers?

I've tried resting the password, but still can't login. Have emailed SoMo for help.

Yes, works for me now. I did receive an email this afternoon to say they'd fixed it.

Err - Ace - I suspect you are using mobile(?) devices running Android - in effect you are using the same browser, supplied by Google/Samsung - probably Chrome derived. Always useful to have access to another browser altogether in case something breaks. Lots out there - I mainly use Firefox but there's always Microsoft Edge (which I don't like and it also uses bits of Google Chrome) or the more estoteric like Opera. Don't you just love tech?

I did try a PC with chrome as well, and a friend tried a safari browser with Apple too, neither worked. It's all back to normal following an email from SoMo this afternoon though, so I assume it was a problem on their end.

Can't have been universal though as it worked fine for me throughout, individual server down?
