My "Wallet(s) Balance" doesn't correspond with the transaction history "Running Wallet Balance" , Tried different browsers. Anyone else come across this? Maybe the main wallet balance takes a day or two to update after transactions?

I have had this issue a few times, it has corrected itself next day but occasionally it has not and then an email is sent which results in getting it sorted.

Mines been showing over £100 difference between the Dashboard figure and the Transaction History Figure. Been like that for over a week now. Hopefully they will sort it out for me.

I've raised issue before on transactions, and the way they work.
There is a basic problem with reserving, they do the one thing that should never be done, and that's modify the transactions. What done is the the reserved might be ona given date, but then when converted into an actual loan, the reserve transaction date is change to that date, this means the previous running is correct but only by having the transactions out of date sequence.
The transactions should reflect exactly what has happened, a) Reserve Loan put amount in reserve loan pot, b) transfer out of reserve loan pot, c) purchase of Loan for real. Condensing into a single transaction by modifying the date is wrong, a transaction should be immutable, never touched or changed. If you correct something, you show that as one or more correction transactions. Printing statements for the same period, will change depending on the date printed.
This is one of the reason why I've never been keen on increasing the amount held with Kuflink. Damage limitation. The simple basics are wrong, it maybe internally the information is stored correctly, that's not what I'm getting on the transactions displayed.

This is all from sold loans. My balance was zero. Then I sold £2550 of loans over a week but only £2450 is available to withdraw but £2550 in transaction history. They are looking into the problem.

Likely a glitch during the sale of one of the loans. I have had the same experience, one loan did not get processed correctly.

It has been corrected now, not sure if I'm allowed to copy and paste the response but the summary of it is,...... At this point we are not sure whether it was due to recent secondary market payments or whether some coding issue in the past.

I haven't deposited any new money for over a year and haven't had a duplicate payment so I wouldn't think it's to do with Mangopay. I did have a missed call yesterday from Kuflink regarding this but I haven't had time to return his call yet. Credit to Kuflink they picked up on this from my request on here yesterday and responded very quickly.
