Next month’s projected payment is down for me from around 307 to 278.
Anyone else seeing this which presumeably signals increasing defaults.

Edit: Could also be expected not full deployment due to increasing rates. I'm not 100% deployed for the first time in quite a while.

I don't check frequently, but when I do it shows 100% (except 2 weeks prior to maturity). My next maturity is on 15th November, so presumably the drop is not related to it.

Could it not be as simple as this months having 2 extra days 17th as opposed to 15th (because of weekend), having the knock on effect that next month consequently 2 days short 15th. Overthinking things is the road to madness....

I just logged on to ask the same question, my next months interest is less than this month also.

I just logged on to ask the same question, my next months interest is less than this month also. Multiple this month’s figure by 29 then divide by 32. This should be similar to the figure projected for next month.

My account has now been updated with a figure for next month's interest that is 2.7% lower than this month's, so an increase when the reduced number of days is taken into account.

Remember to synchronise your withdrawals to the day after your monthly payment. I lost a month's interest because of 1 day and the company rubber-eared me. I hadn't planned to go back but haven't ruled it out completely.
Is anybody getting 7+% return over say 1 year ? 6% estimate is unappealingly low to me for unsecured consumer lending especially as most credit card rates start at 20% apr.

I currently have 11 investments on the platform, plus 3 repaid investments. My calculated average annualised return to date (XIRR) is 8.25%. This agrees with the platform's reported Overall Realised AER of 8.3%.

Mine's 6.7% but thats off a portfolio that was mainly 6m loans now switched to 12m loans and without reinvesting interest so not fully compounded (11 loans, 15 repaid) XIRR gradually rising now and I would expect it to hit 7+ over the full 12m.
