Anyone experienced any problems depositing money into Elfin Market as i have deposited a sum of money into the account with them ive been using for nearly two years. The money has disappeared and ive found that there banking details have changed and was never told.Please check what details you have and see if they match the deposit details on the web site.

Thank you. My last deposit was in Feb 2022. Indeed they have changed since then and there was no notification sent. I've deleted EM banking details from my payee list now.

I last successfully deposited on 25th Nov 2022. The details seem to have changed after that payment.

Elfin have replied to say that either the new or old accounts can currently be used for deposits.

Yes they say both work but still had to send them a screen shot of the bank transaction before they credited my account. Very poor show I have again written to them as I'm very concerned they didn't notify their loyal investors and had denied they hadn't altered any deposit information and didn't believe I'd sent them a deposit...

No problem making a deposit for me today. Received a confirmation email within minutes and funds are now queued. I used the same account number, sort code and reference as I have done since December 2021.

I've just made a deposit using my original account number ( I use the same number every time) and it was in the queue within a minute of sending.

Morning Everyone. I'm Dan, Marketing Lead at Elfin Market. I need to clarify a few points raised in this thread. We've always identified the need to have multiple accounts for diversification purposes. We've been internally testing this for a while and were in the final stages of being pushed through to production. Unfortunately, we did experience an outage with our existing bank account, and the decision was made to change the details A.S.A.P. to the second account we have been testing. Deposits wouldn't have been lost into the ether; it would have taken a few days until they were reflected in your account, rather than nearly instantaneously as usual. We've been monitoring the data with the updated account this week, and we'll be keeping the new details displayed on the website & app. However, the old bank account will still be working and open for deposits. So if you've got that saved on your banking app, feel free to continue to use it! Mr Baggy I can only apologise; that's not the usual standard we strive for. I've identified the issue that caused this, and to prevent anything similar from happening again, we've changed our internal communication regarding any sudden changes like this. If there's any other points or questions, feel free to ask!

Yes had the same problem myself but finally resolved after a week of numerous emails. As a investor we should a phone number to ring and actually speak to somebody...
