Looks tempting and hopefully Q have learnt the lesson of B* and forensically studied their accounts, but I am not persuaded yet.

I don't like the fact that the status of the active loans or completed loans is not visible. Qardus are not alone in this regard and that is one attribute which differentiates one P2P site from another. Landlordinvest scores highly here as I can see the status of all loans regardless of whether I'm invested.
I'm undecided on any more investment in Qardus even though I wasn't in the recent default.

Well done you. Can I ask why not? Did you spot something I missed?

Not much left, so I guess the 'bad' loan is not affecting confidence in the platform too much. Or doubling up to recover losses.

direct competition with amazon and other national chains, retail in general, it's one sector where businesses pop-up, go into admin and pop-up again with a different company name and sometimes the same stock. It's too easy to disappear stock before the doors are closed.
I don't invest big in unsecured business loans , not since Archover, £300 max. If there are enough loans to get me to 5k that will be that.
I don't know how any independent retail competes with Amazon and their dirty tricks website. The fines they get are not enough and not often enough. I buy everything from ebay.

If you have lots of other P2P platforms it may even out, but for that platform it is bad and doesn't bode well.
