Since AC changed their terms during covid I could not understand how to withdraw I have money in automatic accounts. Can someone please let me know what should I do to withdraw the money? I tried logging into my account andI could not understand what should I do for it on their page - for that reason I left it there.

You should have got an email explaining all off this, see www.assetzcapital.co.uk/blog/an-important-update-regarding-retail-investment-on-assetz-capital#:~:text=When%20did%20the%20Run%20Off,trading%20loan%20holdings%20was%20closed. You are now locked in and accounts in rundown, if all goes well you should get you first repayments in about 6 months and then on for up to 5 years or perhaps more depending on delinquent loans. You will still get interest and only time will tell on how much you get back.

So I can only take the money in my cash account on the platform ? Or would they transfer it themselves to my bank account ?

And just to be clear, as loans get repaid, or interest is received, AC will automatically deposit your share of it into your AC cash account. You then have to do withdrawals (from your cash account only) yourself -- there's no automatic "sweep" into your bank account.

Just logged into my assets account and to my pleasant surprise found that about 90% of my investment was already in cash as I must have clicked "withdraw" a while ago. Yippee. The only going platform for me is unbolted. On other platforms I just about broke even ( if you consider I will not get any recoveries ) which is a loss after inflation and a number of hours put into it but at least not a direct loss. The result is more it less what I have thought it was going to be when I started. Of course I have hoped for better but I have known it probably is not realistic. At least it was entertaining and educational... Thank you for being there , if not for this forum I would have had far less invested and involved 🙏
