Given the run off, I need to transfer my IFISA at Assetz to another provider (ideally a cash ISA). It needs to be a partial transfer as some of my cash is still invested in loans, any recommendations of someone who will accept this and do it efficiently? I would prefer to transfer to my HL ISA but seems they don't do partial transfers?

Most, if not all providers should offer partial transfers I believe, I've done partial transfers into HL and iWeb if you are looking at S&S.

My ISA with AC is all in Access Accounts so a bit different but I’m assuming as funds are freed up into my cash account on an ad hoc basis I will transfer into my Loanpad ISA accordingly. Loanpad 90 day currently paying 4.80% from memory.

In the last year I have made one ISA partial transfer from AC to HL and many partial transfers from AC to Loanpad.
The HL transfer took about 6 weeks, Loanpad much faster with the most recent being a couple of working days.

Proplend 2 days, for HL think like Royal Mail is on strike for 4 weeks.

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

Partial Transfers should be allowed by most providers, but not if it includes a partial transfer of this year's allowance.

So in order to transfer my IFISA from AC to another provider without losing interest or tax advantages I will need to complete an ISA transfer form every month for the next 5(?) years.
Happy New Year to you too...

Or use the ISA flexibility to do it once per year (check with AC first that they will still allow the replacement of flexibly withdrawn ISA funds).

I'm sending mine to CP whenever there is a large enough sum for me to be bothered. CP don't charge for transfers-in and don't have a minimum.

I spoke with Barclays today , as I had exactly the same question.
According to the 'expert' at my local branch , who did/checked everything on the app , said I can transfer partially into them - I need to use the cash Isa form when doing so. He also said you can partially invest into the fixed rate ISA at 4%, and keep added throughout the year which other banks/BS said I couldn't do.
Most banks/BS said I could only move my money into a easy access product which allows multiple deposits throughout the year
P.S. The Barclays 4% ISA is only available is you have a Barclays Bank account

My ISA transfer from AC to CP, initiated by emailing the completed form to CP on Wed 4th Jan, has completed and is available to invest on CP today (Mon 9th Jan). Very well done to both parties. 5 days including a weekend.

HI
Looking transfer my ISA out of AC, Ive been trying to call AC 3-4 times a day but can't get through. Which AC address do you put on the form, the Whitchapel, London or The Manchester Address, Also where does one find their ISA Cash account number.
The AC IFISA transfer info page only shows you info about transferring IN .. not out
TIA

It's the one that is auto populated by transfer systems that have that functionality.

It's the Reference field under IFISA Account - Cash Account.
