Is anybody else having problems withdrawing their money from CrowdProperty? I've not had issues before (one of the few features that CrowdProperty hasn't had technical issues with at some point or other) but now, whenever I press the red 'Confirm Transfer' button, I am presented with a red warning message: "Sorry, there has been an issue handling this request. Please contact support." After trying a few times previously, I contacted support yesterday but no response yet. Also, I have tried to visit the CP Capital dashboard several times, but all I see in recent days is a 500 Server Error message. Is the CP Capital dashboard working for other people? I imagine Team CrowdProperty is too busy gorging on leftover turkeys to bother about these kind of matters. |

Yes, I get the server error when trying to log in to CP Capital.
I think CP is closed until the new year.

I've managed to log in OK and can access the dashboard. I presume you're referring to CP. There hasn't been any problem logging in to CP. It's CPC that's returning the server error, and still is for me.

Nobody picks up the phone.
Complete and utter farce.
Can you imagine if a bank didn't allow people to withdraw their money or had a 500 server error problem for days on end with their interface, and was completely unavailable through any means?
Anyhow, I will have to wait until January.
Lesson learned for where to put my money in 2023.

It's not a bank. It's Christmas. I don't know which planet you live on but Christmas was six days ago. I will also post a similar message to yours when you can't get access to over ten thousands pounds of your money, nobody answers your emails or telephone messages for days on end and the platform you invest on presents a server error message when you visit it for several days.

CP has an issue ....
I credited and debited 2x accts we have but the accounts have NOT yet updated to reflect this.
That was Saturday and still not updated this morning (Tuesday)

CP has an issue .... I credited and debited 2x accts we have but the accounts have NOT yet updated to reflect this. That was Saturday and still not updated this morning (Tuesday) Maybe you have an issue expecting them to be working at the weekend and on a bank holiday.

No, it's usually pretty instantaneous for payins and payouts. I've added and withdrawn funds at midnight before now and its in/out of my bank within a couple of minutes .
Deffo broken currently

CP funds transfers in and out are usually instant on a request. I have only ever deposited directly to CPC, but suspect is would be instant also. First loan of 2023 is launching tomorrow so one would assume a CP operative would be present, awake and on shift at some point?
