Your Tiny Hand is Frozen, from La Boheme? .........no? How about Razzle Dazzle Rose, by Camera Obscura? Hmph. I feel I've mismonikered myself all this time; always like a bit of bling.

I think everyone dozed off after my last list.....so WAKE UP! SoundLift - Road To Revolution (Epic Guitar Mix) Sorry about the long intro, it's worth the wait. It's in my all time top ten uplifting trance dance tracks. I think will I go thru' more genre Rare Northern Soul-: a toss up between Mike & Bill - Where Do I Stand & Somebody's Gotta Go
Luv song Prince Phillip Mitchell - If I Can't Be Your Man......correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think it's the Queen's hubby
While in the mood for love how about a track to make love to Randy Brown - You're So Good
Rock Buckethead - Soothsayer ....yes he does perform with a bucket on 'is bonce, usually a KFC one but they probably didn't pay up when this was filmed Brazilian.....not that type potty brain Ray Barretto - The Old Castle
Drum & Bass.......I took my 50yr old sister & hubby who usually go to see ballet and other high brow stuff, to the sadly demised Base Clef club in London (it was in a housing area and I believe neighbours complained about the vibration, but it was in a basement!)....they REALLY got into into it oops I'm slipping, a very well known person! Rebecca Ferguson - Nothing's Real But Love (Logistics Remix)
That reminds me I took one of my sister's friends (she was the only volunteer) to The Ministry Of Sound (*before they had a new louder sound system) after a dinner party, we got there about 2.30am there was a sign as you went into the main room saying *"Entering this room may damage your hearing". We were in the middle of the room and it was too loud even 4 me, we spent most of our time in a "quiet room". The speakers were huge about 6' diameter there was even a mad bloke sitting in one of them. There was no alcohol available no guesses as to why......everyone kept asking me if I had any drugs.
I've digressed next genre
Gay House Music........gay clubs are really good and generally safer......if you're a bloke I recommend using the ladies toilets...unless of course.....! Coming Out Crew (Sabrina Johnston) - Free Gay & Happy (T-EMPO'S Free At Last Mix)
"Regular" House Music.....I just love Lisa Millett's voice, this one's mashed with music from the beginning of Trainspotting Underworld ft Lisa Millet - Born Slippy (Don't Bring Me Down)
Blues..... classed as Soul but I think it is more Bluesy Norma Jenkins - Love Jones
Street Music filmed in Bristol shopping centre a few years ago. Wow! over 22million views only about 3000 when I found it Dub FX ft Mr Woodnote - Flow
Jazz Funk......bought this one for a fortune on white label, not sure if it was generally available, used to play this in North London back in the '80s. It always amused me that dancers struggled with the complex tight instrumental. where as serious freestylers like myself loved it. Saw it on Ebay for £70 a while back...turned out to be "sound" investment Ransom McKenzie & Friends - Orange Groves
Not sure what genre you call this, didn't get any airplay as far as I know, even tho' it is NOT racist I love the banjo and the lyrics are amusing. I was surprised it was on youtube last time I looked zilch results. Swamp Dogg (AKA Jerry Williams Jr) - Call Me Nigger
South African House......... a toss up between DJ Vetkuk & Mahoota ft Dr Malinga - Via Orlando (Remake Uhuru Mix) ......nothing to do with Star Strek! DJ Malvado ft Buckz & Black Motion - Lethal Seduction
Saxo House Hedi Benromdan Ft. Chappell - New Day (Sax Vocal Mix)
Chicago House....... I bet you didn't there were so many sub genres, I promise I won't do any more! Bubba & The Jack Attack - Pedal To The Floor Bhangra Taz Stereo Nation ft Mumzy - Larl Larl Buleeya (Rishi Rich Remix)
Goa.......not an Indian artist but a Russian! Montti - Touch To The Future
Dub Reggae.........when this was released my friend's wife was heavily pregnant, the foetus loved it! D Roy Band - Trenchtown Skank
Saved the best to last, if you have soul get the Kleenex ready
Classic(al) Soul........from 1959 exquisit lyrics and violin, always brings a tear to the eye. You Must listen to this if nothing else. ? I left the song details out on purpose Once you hear it you'll know why.....after listening to it I look a bit like my avantar!
Well, I've been up all night picking and finding these I hope they enrich and enlighten somebody's life.
If I get enough likes I will choose more of my favourite tracks from other parts of the world

Years ago, I was standing on May morning at about 5am in Magdalen College quad with about 100 other people in absolute silence waiting for the sun to touch the top of the tower so that we could hear the college choir sing the first ditty, the minutes seemed to stretch out and frankly we were not a warm bunch, ..... then one of the students from Barbados sang the .... Banana boat song...... Much to the fury of the Choir master. Made our day.

Saw a wonderful band called The Exploding Hamsters, who I believe sadly split up afterwards (going to Yahoogle to check) Well beggar me sideways they're on Oohtube. My other recollection was being amused during the early evening dinner. I was watching people's faces as they took their first spoonful of soup, which was served as it should be at that time of year ie chilled.....you guessed it vichyssoise! Off now to reminisce, thanks for reminding me bobo
