I could have said something clearer yes. But Leopard spots and all that. I guess people will invest anyway so really I can only tell the horse there is water, drinking it is up to the horse in my World.

Still have no idea, is it the name of the director, seem to be loads of similar names on companies house, or something else I'm missing?

Look at the other companies he has been a director in. Just click on his name. The initials are M W A. There is a similar company with a different director, the platform is the clue to which is the right one.
Think I have put the horse on a drip now.
Edit I may of course be wrong, but I am trying to watch football currently so multi tasking.

Sometimes people have companies using different selections of initials and names which make them more difficult to spot.

I'm not inclined to saddle up today so really the horse can spend the day in the paddock and do as he pleases. I have other livestock that needs attention.

In case anyone prefers some straightforward factual info...
I'm in the original loan to this borrower. This was an 18 month loan that's been running for 15 months, so only 3 more capital and interest payments to go. Of the 15 payments of capital and interest made so far, 14 were on time and one was about 10 days late.
Given that the new loan is for less than twice the amount but for twice the time with a similar rate, the monthly payments for the business will be a bit lower than before once the final 3 payments of the first loan have been made. I'm in.

The initial loan to this company has now fully repaid.

The Borrower has negotiated with Q that a reduced payment will be made this month and the next 2 (roughly half capital and no profit). Missed payments (presumably capital and profit) will be added to the end of the term (presumably with no compensatory profit payment for the extended term, but can't be sure of this).
Lenders will pay for for the negotiation! This bit doesn't feel right go me. Surely, the fee should be added to the accumulated underpayments and added to the end of the term. What do others think?

Me too. I'd expect this from AC, not Q

The borrower is liable for these kind of charges as his actions triggered them. Are you sure it won't be added/refunded when the loan is settled.
