Great work ilmoro Where you say: are these 'unredeemed' boldened amounts cumulative (since you began) or just for the month? Thanks

Many thanks, ilmoro - fantastic work! For those like me whose brains turn to mush at the mere mention of AC straightforward infromation like that is brilliant. Any chance you can work out what the hell is going on at Ablrate? Rhetorical question!

Great work ilmoro Where you say: are these 'unredeemed' boldened amounts cumulative (since you began) or just for the month? Thanks They are the amounts for the month that would have happened if the expected sums under the original schedules (or carried forward) had been paid as expected. ie a loan was due to redeem or a drawdown was scheduled. Basically it just shows where we would be if life was perfect ... & the degree of uncertainty in the whole process. It's like that advert where the ball rolls & gets trapped by Messi & smashed back into the goal ... one day it will be reality & millions will be repaid 😂

Its seems there has been a meeting of the PTB for the Provision fund and payments have been granted for a number of loans (up to 5 - cant see updates for 2) held by AA, GBBA2 & PSA. Payouts due by end of month.

Mid month cash distribution surprise Thanks for the heads up! I think we're due a quarterly update this week Indeed many thanks for surprise Ilmoro, wouldn't it be great if Assetz kept us informed lol.
So are we really gonna get some good news this month? What is everyones thoughts on AC keeping to their word on reducing the fee as below? I am least hoping the fee will be lowered so I can least start to see some return on my investment.
For the period of June-September 2023 – 6.25% pa of performing loans October 2023 to December 2024 - 0.9% pa of performing loans Post December 2024 no fee expected

[Just in time as those FOS complaints land on adjudicator desks..] But do remember that everything is a month in arrears - so 'September' is billed on 1st October and the Fees (as currently projected) would last be collected during the month of February.
