I notice that in the final tally the total raised is a shade under the minimum target.

(website still 'suspended') Yes, the .uk website (as specified in the offer document] is still unavailable, but the .com website seems to be operational. I'm now suspecting that it was a simple error in the Offer Document. If so, it's odd that Qardus weren't "on the ball". I've messaged them to clarify.

Hmm that site looks about 30 years old, appears to be written by a five-year-old ("Click here to send a feedback"), and if you actually want to buy something, you're taken to a third-party website that is 'under construction'.
I'm kind of warming to the suspended website, frankly.

Website back - which is relief, probably as much because it confirms that the awful .com website mentioned by Ace earlier isn't their real one! (Although going on holiday and letting your website lapse? Hmmm...) |

Hey guys at Qardus,
If you're reading this, I'd really like this client to succeed so that we can get our investment and returns.
On this note, can you please tell them that they could simply put a root domain redirect up from the .com site (truly truly awful) to the .uk site (better), and that the purchase link on the .com site currently goes to a restaurant in waltham abbey.
The first part can probably be done for free by their web space provider, saving them the hassle of even paying a web developer, or by themselves through DNS management.

Think they've deducted a collection fee from the debt collectors ~6 months into a 36 month loan and debt collectors on the job already. OK Q seems to me to be quite keen to keep thinks on track and in a timely manner, " as lenders we are billed costs incurred " not a lot of can kicking so far.

This one is looking tardy. Yes. A large number of my Qardus borrowers are a month or more behind with their scheduled payments. It's as if they have realised that there's no penalty on them for late payment!

And we've not had any update for ages regarding the default. If it's that easy to stop paying your loan with no consequences for the borrower and no route for recompense for the lender, I'm out.
