My understanding is that NDA’s should be ready later today, & AC are aiming to provide us financial info tomorrow. I was told they had this info already but were “simplifying” it for us. I had no idea that meant a 1 page summary, if that is the case then not only would I be cooling off very quickly from this opp but I would harbour some concerns about AC.
Pitching for investments from sophisticated / HNW investors looking to bid 25k+ (or from small faithful lenders who are in many cases embarking on their first experience with convertible notes etc & would appreciate if not also need a minimum of clarity) on the basis of a single sheet is quite frankly ridiculous.
Serious money or small money that makes you feel tied to the AC team, in both cases AC owe us much more than that.

I was hoping for 3 year projected accounts, cashflows etc, to get a clear idea of what spending and what income is expected when, to meet the business plan. As above - seems vital information to me when investing in small business. On two occasions in the past I've spotted the odd thing that was hopelessly unrealistic - when the projections were re-jigged more realistically the proposition looked a little different. I'm not suggesting that AC's figures would need attention, but I'd like the reassurance. (Especially in light of the fact that developments and projections during the past year did not pan out as projected at the start of the year). Looking forward to seeing what we get anyway.

I am very surprised how little information is given on the Seedrs platform. I am one of those who have been pestering AC to make sure that it is possible to invest in the next round. I joined Seedrs to see the AC offering, had my screen name rejected (seems to be a right of passage - ramblin rose) and I expected to see much more information. For example, they don't actually tell us what event triggers the convert, and there are no accounts (we don't lend to people without seeing these things, how can we invest). In the past I have looked at things on the Syndicate Room platform - it is very different. There is a large amount of information. Thank you bigfoot12 - There is a good reason why SyndicateRoom provides a much larger amount of information - information gives people the opportunity to do proper investment decisions.
