This week we’re celebrating over £300 million invested through the Kuflink Platform. Thank you for your support across 2023, we won’t slow down in 2024.
Since 2016, Kuflink has provided innovative investment opportunities for our audience of passionate customers. Now, it’s time for a change.
An all-new brand identity will propel Kuflink into a new year.
A new logo, look and increased digital presence will help Kuflink deliver opportunities to new users. Existing users won’t miss out. New, innovative features are planned for the platform. We’re excited about empowering investor decision-making with real-time data.
We’ll add more information on properties in response to requests from you, our investors. Kuflink is exploring integrations with readily available software to support residential valuations that have been undertaken by a qualified valuer.
Where an automated valuation model has been used, this should also provide additional security and ensure our users are always in the know. A sleek, easy-to-use platform that inspires confidence is what our investors can expect.
It’s the same great team that have helped ensure our investors have never made a loss using Kuflink, but with a brand-new look and site packed full of easy, accessible features.
We’re excited to show you more in 2024.

File under "what-we-say-about-ourselves" news.
I want them to improve communications (which incidentally this is) but what I mean:
Loan updates that repeat or contradict previous. Try reading your own previous updates Kuflink and see if you can understand them. That's what it's like to be us.
[INSERT: I have a very sensible suggestion on this and it is: just roll up all the previous updates into the body of the email itself - in effect they would be complete copy/pasting AFTER adding the latest single update into the loan notes page above the previous ones.]
Linked loans (when they don't repay on time) should feature together in these updates to give borrowers the 'big picture'
Perhaps emails should show you how late the loan is, how much (if any) has been repaid or remains due etc
'Congratulation' emails getting sent 3 days after the relevant repayment of a loan - they aren't 'notices' if you can do a better job keeping track just by logging in. These 'notices' should be sent on the business day concerned.

Regards

Since the introduction of £500 minimum I've stopped looking at new loans but still get e-mails with the offers. It seems as the loan flow is much slower than it used to be.

There are plenty of new loans that I no longer get notifications for.

I often log in and find new loans onboard but I've not received an email. The GBP500 min, to my surprise is successful.Loans getting filled quickly.

I find Kuflink's statistics page difficult to understand/reconcile, but at face value it looks like they are shrinking. The latest month published, October, shows £5.79m lent against £8.55m repaid.

Unfortunately most of my loans keep getting kicked down the road, just when I think I have a few coming up to maturity they get extended, resulting in me withdrawing smaller repayments as they sit Idle waiting for another to top it up to £500 which never comes, I had a regular stream of repayments at one time (76 loans) which were re-invested when the came in. It's nice to know Kuflink try to help borrowers to complete without taking drastic action but it gets a bit frustrating when they continually extend them time and time again. One loan has been extended by 16 months and the rate is still 6.7 another has been extended by 13 months and the rate is still 6.8 these weren't too bad rates when they were taken out but now they are very poor compared to what is available. So many others are kicked down the road a month at a time!!!

My P2P portfolio has shrunk everywhere and I'm not finished. I will probably reverse that when interest rates drop enough.
I stay away from their autolend and a high percentage of their loans, their tiered loans are well... cough cough. I have about 15 loans currently and they are all performing plus none have ever had a capital or interest loss. I don't know where they want to go but I believe they are honest company which is paramount in P2P.
Look for loans where Kuflink also invest and where the borrower's credit rating is the highest possible.

So many others are kicked down the road a month at a time!!!This is what I find frustrating, the fact that the rate has not increased. Surely if you fail to pay on time your credit rating is falling causing a higher rate so when they extend there is no way it should be at the same rate, especially as I could be getting loans at higher rates if it was paid on time. I know that some loans have increased rates, but this is how it should be for all. I also realise the borrowers may have challenges to overcome, and extensions should be expected, but rate increases should also be expected and passed on to lenders. Having said all that, I do feel Kuflink have their challenges with borrowers too and would prefer they paid on time saving them time and trouble. Also I haven't lost anything with Kuflink, I still consider them a good investment and hope this continues into 2024 and beyond.

Kuflink are now sending out texts telling you that there are uninvested funds in your wallet, YES the reason why the balance is £16.50 and I can only invest in £500 chunks, silly decision by Kuflink with this new rule

Was about to post the same thing. Received text, so went to Kuflink to check if I'd had a redemption – no. Checked if I could actually invest my uninvested funds – no. Checked if I'd allowed texts in my Communications preferences – no. Kuflink really do make it difficult to like them.

Strangely, I have some unallocated cash on the platform, I enabled the text notification a week ago, but didn't receive any texts 😆
