I've no idea what the votes are about but isn't he breaking rules as usual by tweeting that both resolutions are passing by wide margins... so don't bother voting against it plebs.
one ex Aim listed company I have shares in ( it left the to go private, and said It would create a share trading system, 3 years later small shareholders still in limbo ) listed resolutions to the AGM and said the board ( who control 75% of the shares ) would be voting for every one. Effectively the same thing the board control the company, so no point you voting against.
