Does anyone know what is happening with this and likely timescales? Is it likely onerous ground rent doubling clauses in _existing_ Leases will be capped or abolished?
The first paragraph of this says the act is now law but not yet come into effect. What the heck does that mean? When will it come into effect and where can I read it?
Any other thoughts or tips around the subject gratefully received.
