May be the independent Corbyn is the humble one, only declared one item less than £500.
Meanwhile, I think Andrew Brigden has probably got too much donations for the wrong reasons. Crowdfunding for suing Hancock and big interest free loan. Not sure if he need to declare any repayment.
This is the latest from the current Education Secretary’s donation, for celebrating birthday mixed with “work”

TBH, I don’t have a problem if someone wants to donate a collection for the prime minister and his wife to look amazing when they are wearing them representing the UK. I don’t understand the logic of no more donations on clothes. Other gifts need explanation, not just declarations. Is it necessary for our PM to attend every Arsenal games or accept hospitality accommodation for private purposes? As I understand it, he is a long standing Arsenal season ticket holder. He always used to use the stands. However, that is not compatible with security considerations. Being in a corporate box is a damn site easier to manage from a security perspective. The club are 'donating' his place in a box, and meanwhile he is continuing to pay for his normal season ticket. This is what I understand/read. In this case it sounds perfectly sensible and reasonable. Whilst I find the clothes, glasses etc completely disgusting, I suppose I'm marginally less enraged by "Footballgate" for the reasons you outline above. However given his supposed universal hatred, how come Sunak felt it quite safe to occupy the stand at Southampton, and to my knowledge did so regularly without issues?

Any reason why he can't pay for the box himself? Any reason why the PM can't be gifted one if that is what the club decides to do ? Not really, just have to be willing to handle the optics & criticism. The other side is one of judgement. Given that the government policy is to introduce a football regulator there is a danger of being a hostage to fortune if the government subsequently rows back on that & youve taken lots of freebies from people with a vested interest. He is at least an equal opportunities gift receiver as he got one from Spurs as well last weekend, brought his mates Gray & Lammy along and the head of a major PR agency behind the failed super league. Have to wait and see whether he pops up at the Eithad later, conveniently down the road from conference (should make after Ange speech)

When in opposition Labour were quick to criticise Conservative MPs for taking gifts from rich party donors, but when inpower it is fine for them to do the same (I see while on holiday Rayner had free access to accommodation in New York owned by a party donor).

She didn't break any rules. Is it the rules that need changing ?

Well, I suspect she needs to be transparent to declare it. Assuming she is single again, she might need to declare more donations if she goes on a date and when everything is paid by the donors. 🤣
She had a good time in Ibiza I hope.

Didn't sound particularly persuasive then, and it doesn't now.

Well she better look good in the photos on the conference dancefloor ... as reportedly we are forking out £68,000 a year for an official DPM photographer

Word has it that Liz Truss risked disrupting her timetable for the sake of a good photo opportunity.
