It might have your wifi passwords if you don't reset it. Factory reset solves most problems. It will certainly have the wifi password - because it's what your devices authenticate against. But who ever changes the password from the ISP's own default...?

I change mine all the times as I have little time to spare. But I don't think is good enough when those experts have all the toys to sniff it.

There's the _default_ default that the manufacturer set, often printed on a sticker under the router, and possibly deriveable from the serial number/MAC address by a sooper-sekrit process that no-one could know. Yeah. Right.
Then there may be a different password the ISP set to customise it for you. Probably secure, if your ISP is smart. Insecure, if your ISP is dumb and keeps them in a big text file labelled "allpasswords.txt" on their public server. Who knows?
Best to change it to something long and strong that you know, and not tell anyone else. And, wipe the router before handing it back.

I change it to something easy to type in on TVs etc so its something like ZZZZZZZZ
