PBL 004b - Just gone live on the platform for £1,455,000 against a valuation of £3,000,000. Due to the size of this loan we did not feel that a 24h notice was required.

PBL 004a – This loan has been extended by 3 months, we have also created the new 6 month loan above (PBL004b). If anyone has any objections to the loan extension Lendy would be happy to purchase your loan part.

PBL 006 – This loan has been extended by 3 months. All extension docs signed & received. If anyone has any objections to the loan extension Lendy would be happy to purchase your loan part.

Hotel in Maidenhead, value £750, loan £450-500k.
Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells. We will lend on a Bricks and Mortar basis. Value £425k.
Large portfolio of properties in Gloucestershire, value £3.5m, loan of £2.25m.

). The larger loans have often started off at a fair old pace, everybody desperate to ensure they get their slice, and then it tails off a bit when everybody runs out of ammo. Still, the times they are a changin'........... definitely interesting to see how it goes.
