Could you also ensure that the green tick showing I am invested in a loan vanishes when I sell out of a loan. Currently it shows me invested in several loans I no longer have. Thanks. Acknowledged. This is on the list. Regards, Ed.

Perhaps I missed how to do this - but when I put part of a given loan up for sale on the SM, I'm then unable to change my mind and withdraw the offering from the SM? A simple "cancel" option against the item I have up for sale would be useful.

Can you buy it back? You will need cash in your account. There's an interesting thought. The sale of the loan part to yourself would simultaneously (a dodgy word to attempt before the first caffeine. Oooh, there's another one.) generate the money to buy it from yourself, so do you need money in the account first? Chicken and egg problem!

MoneyThing Not sure if this has been suggested (too lazy to scan posts) but have all loan pieces for each loan totaled together in My Loans page as SS does it. Currently hard to tell totals on each loan if one has lots of small pieces. Also make organizing and reselling on SM easier.

MoneyThing Great job on the addition of new totals on Live Loans page, bye bye green tick. And sortable by the total invested column too. Many thanks Ed (and Shuang!)

MoneyThing Ed, a minor request for Shuang: The three "Loans" pages (Live Loans, Pending Loans, Completed Loans) are already "sticky", in that they remember your chosen column sort setting for as long as you remain logged in. However the three "My Loans" pages (Live Loans, Repaid Loans, For Sale) are not and I keep having to reset the column sort setting every time I navigate away and return. Please could the three "My Loans" pages be made "sticky" too? Thanks.

Another suggestion to help website clarity and readability:
The MT system only permits loan-parts (and loans) in whole £ amounts, yet every loan and loan-part value is shown to 2 decimal places (inevitably .00). How abut dropping all the unnecessary zeros and showing loan / loan-part / bid limit figures in £s (eg. £300 rather than £300.00). Same could apply to the new % rate column (ie. 12% not 12.00%)
The only fields where 2 decimal places are needed are LTV, Interest Paid / Received / Expected and of course the account Statements.

I don't agree. For me the two decimal places identify the number as being money. I wouldn't like the confusion of money being expressed in two different formats depending on what the sum represented.

Doesn't the £ sign at the start of the amount do that well enough? When we have pages of figures as shown below, all the extra zeros start to become tiresome IMO, especially when viewed on a small screen (mobile phone).

Ideally this would be a user choice.

Amount available in £s now showing on SM loans. Still don't see the point of the %, but hey...

I think both have their uses, especially as a new loan is filling, but we could do with an extra space between the "%(". In fact, the brackets aren't really needed at all. [nor the ".00" for that matter ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) ]
