Quite agree am. The fault is with FC - they reduce the information to simplify and cost-reduce the process (with the experience of statistical loss-rates) and leave the borrower to field the consequential increased requests for info. But the next step is not to restore the information up front - it will be to remove the Q&A with the Borrower.
