A little googling turns up this: <<MOD: BB: DELETED>> The company's status is listed as "Dissolved" and it had one director directors at the time it closed. Its founding director was Mr M***** S****. <<MOD: BB: DELETED>> does not have any subsidiaries.
I'd like to know a bit more about the circumstances of this before I would consider investing... Umm ... are you seeing a dissolved company with a very similar name to the current one but words in a different order? Same director. Yep, that's the one

Googling the name of MS and his county town reveals a limited company founded in 2002 and dissolved in 2004. Apart from the **** trading address, and the address of the above ltd co, there are 4 other addresses for businesses in the same industry in his name in the area on free directories (which addresses are probably obsolete, but must have been valid at some point). Which sets one thinking.
The registered address of the current incarnation of **** Ltd is a cottage in Somerset. There may be a good reason for this, but why not at his accountant's business address, or in his home area.

The Somerset address appears to be the home address of the sole registered director of the company who isn't the MD, but the other named director. In terms of official records the MD resigned as a director on the 1st December 2014

That won't work because the assets would be frozen.

I can see readers of this topic getting all steamed up with the crass references to H2O. The flood gates will surely open with waves of dry comments.

Generally pun sequences, like aqua, find their way to the lowest level possible.

I guess everybody knows that the greatest businessman in the Bible was Noah.
He floated a company when everybody else was going into liquidation.
