Just received my weekly e-mail update from FC telling me about great loan opportunities with 0.5% splashback. When I logged on I see 2 property loans (11312 & 11267) with zero splashback, and no great rush to fill.
Sign of things to come?

Yes. After fees loans at 7.5% should struggle as loans are not attractive to buy and hold.
My FC holdings have reduced 10% this week & look like continuing to drop if they keep listing minnow loans.

Yep, looks like Blender (http://p2pindependentforum.com/thread/2217/property-loan-11166-2-splashback?page=3, halfway down) was spot on; splashback is being phased out, if the mugs will buy it. Except maybe for later tranches of existing loans, which need an extra shove.
