I only invested 20 quid, but I still agree with OG.

I do not have the melted cornetto, but I have noticed the greatly improved communications on my defaults, with what seem to be plans and forecasts. It is a really big change and very welcome - though the proof of the pudding is in buttered parsnips, as they say.

I only invested 20 quid, but I still agree with OG. I had a bit more than that (having sold a couple of parts before it crumpled), and/but I still agree with OG too .. this loan seems to have 'dodgy' or maybe 'criminal' written all through it like a stick of seaside rock. What chance they actually found ALL the hidden assets I wonder?

FC were conned and shown up on this scrappy one, and while they may have been slow to get serious I do not think they will let it go easily - much too public.

As always, thanks to this forum for the heads up. I was not aware of the RAG system.
I wonder if anyone here is victim of 7000. The company is still trading. Their website is up and running, but they are not servicing the loan. FC reported that the borrower "wishes to propose a CVA". This is a tricky situation because the owner can still run the show, pay nothing to creditors, and buy time while keeping profits. I am starting to suspect that this is a scheme to fool FC's extremely weak and understaffed recovery team.
Any thoughts?

FC's extremely weak and understaffed recovery team. Perhaps a little unfair. I have only suffered 4 defaults - one is a write off with zero recovered - the guarantor went bankrupt. The other three are making limited repayments aimed at full recovery. In these cases you have to allow that the professionals are placed to consider the best options for a recovery.
