Same thing happened to me over the weekend. £1k adrift.
Rang them this morning. You can't actually speak to anyone other than the receptionist, but s/he passes messages on, with a promise they'll ring back. They seldom do.
Anyhow, account balance and the missing transactions re-appeared within the hour.
Not the first time this kind of glitch has happened. Usually it gets sorted in due course without a phone call.
I'd check tomorrow.

I've not got a a large position with SS but my account is seemingly corrupted which I find pretty disturbing. I sold £500 of loan 7 today but the cash has not been added to by matured cash balance. Furthermore, I am showing a £1k BACS funding deficit which simply cannot exist. I am not completely sure how to contact the SS operations team/back-office (never had to bother before). The website gives a contact form but that seems pretty unspecific. Anybody got any direct email address for SS ops/IT etc? The email kermie gave should work, and is the only one I know of, or just reply to any email you have received from them before. There are quite frequently stuck loan sales which occur when two people manage to buy a loan part simultaneously,, and the owner doesn't get paid! IIRC PBL 07 had a negative amount earlier today and so unless it had been sorted this just ripples through each sale. This is well documented in various threads on this board and usually sorted out by SS fairly quickly. BACs deficit - no idea. You could try tagging them here if all else fails too They usually look in quite frequently.

I've just sold some PBL20,its sold in full but not showing in my account! Never had such problem before, and its sold 100% and double sold of anything. Glad its only a small amount, but probably a glitch, let's test the SS admin, wish me luck. My review, which was raving about SS is at risk!

These glitches are commonplace. I'd estimate 20% of my transactions suffer from them. Never had one that wasn't sorted out within 24 hours.

True, they do seem commonplace but it doesn't make it any less scary when one logs in and sees a chunk of money just vanished.
*edit* - After calling (ok only twice) over the past two days and being told that someone would call me back, plus sent an email to their support team (not via plus.net as aware of the issues with that) and still nothing. I am starting to back off and wind down the funding with them. Currently sold off some loans and just keeping it to a minimum and will let them run their course.
A company is only as strong as its weakest component and though at first things were sweet, I am not sure what has changed internally for them and if they are having problems communicating with their customers, then from past business experience, I find it best to step back a little until resolved.
Glitches I can understand as they do happen, though not putting customers mind at rest over a 48 hour period, that's not a glitch.

Same thing with me, just sold a reasonable chunk and nothing, plus it also doesn't even show the amount on my selling list, which is a bit worrying! I have emailed them and know they will sort it out, but at first I thought I was going mad and had to look and check that I did actually have more than the current total amount showing, by going and checking my bank statement! They do need to get this in order, as if there had been various small amounts and some were missing, I might not have noticed, until much later!

I rang them earlier about outstanding glitches from yesterday. Still no resolution, so far...

Well can't be quicker than that emailed 20mins ago and just got email back from SS all done! Well done SS, but you do need to fix these glitches, which do seem to appear on a regular basis, according to the various posts on here!

All funds back to normal but still no contact from them, though I am guessing that saving stream won't want threads like this hanging about as when people run searches on google, they may find that this board also pops up on the first page. Ultimately cost them some investors..... (Just my 2cents!)

It is disconcerting when after having sold loan parts, the money is not credited to your account. Sometimes the Dashboard, Selling /sold loan parts, shows a part is less than 100% sold, sometimes it shows as 100% sold.
When you put a loan part up for sale you get an email confirmation. Within the e-mail is a link to a loan part ID. Click on the link and look below the "Loan Part Details". It will either say
This loan part has been sold or This loan part is for sale.
If you think the loan part has been sold but it is showing for sale, then e-mail support@savingstream support with the rogue ID.

When you put a loan part up for sale you get an email confirmation. I haven't put anything up for sale in a couple of months, but IIRC I used to get notices like that some time ago, and then they stopped. I assumed that SS had stopped sending them, but perhaps it was just that I wasn't receiving what they were sending. Have others been receiving them consistently for a long time?

Yes, I've always had the email confirmation. Got one today in fact.
