See the post from Nick on Nov 7 2016 for FC confirmation of basic autobid behaviour, p2pindependentforum.com/thread/6955/fc-interest-rate-changes?page=5 'I just called FC and they told me that if you switch autobid on and don't touch the advanced settings, it will take up any loan in the SM that is listed at par, ie no minimum rates are set.'
I believe that Autosale (which is just selling at par) and basic Autobid will work together to shift anything at par. There will be old portfolios which will need liquidity. I also think it likely that when FC changed the fixed rates they would set the default values for new accounts on the advanced Autobid SM, to the same as the lowest rates currently on the PM.

Cheshire 1 33870 12 month loan just repaid before second repayment, presumably they sold one or more of the houses. There are five subsequent tranches that will presumably repay before too long.

Annoying that it lasted only two months out of twelve. Looks like my funds will come out of FC quickly.

All tranches for property loan for H*** Wy**** just repaid early. Gave me a fright, I had a very chunky loan part that apparently 'disappeared' Not quite the ideal way of notifying investors!

So that's why I had £150 suddenly appear in my account. Managed to get a bunch of D loans at 0% and flipping with that money.
OT: The vagaries of FC loan grading process: 1/3 of the way through a £90,000 60 month loan, they haven't missed a payment, they had 150k profit in the two years before the loan started. They haven't other loans hanging them. So why is it a D? And who decided to sell at 0%? But at 14.1% I will flip at 1% but if they don't I will happily hold on for a few months.

Colchester 4 (37955). The IR says that the second tranche was used to refinance 26614. If so, why are there 26614 loan parts on the sm? Shouldn't it have been repaid? What am I missing? Financial Summary tab shows 26614 with £277,780 outstanding. Likewise 33096 has £264,920 outstanding, contrary to the IR. I guess it's all in progress, 37784 was only drawn down on the evening of 1 June and 37882 at the weekend.
