The WT's table is no longer updated, so do check the facts before buying.

Here's a table about the progress of AC as a business, I make no claims for it. I'm failible so if you see any errors please tell me and I'll try an update/correct as I see fit. I still need to give some more explanation about the figures but simply a few columns come from the AC website before login and the rest when logged in. I take these readings almost always in the evening but at no specific time. I'm sure someone could automate this.

The top part of the table shows the figures for the first date in the month for the last few years the bottom part of the table is the current month only; day by day. I still need to add a little more explanation you can PM any questions, but most of it is fairly obvious (Ed. 14.2.19)

Whist I get the figures daily, I'm a bit lazy and don't always update the details here on a daily basis but I should put the figures up at some point.

The "Retail DD" column is now no longer used, just ignore it. The "QAA/30DAA/90DAA/Total" Shows the figures for each of these a/c's (accounts) followed by the grand total; which is prefixed with a "T" rather than a £ sign. There are a couple of dates in late 2016 where there are no figures, I believe the site was not accessible on one occasion the other i missed it.

I've always tended to think that the "Contracts Signed" column was one of the most instructive as it tends to show the health of the loan proposal pipeline. For example these were the figures in late 2016: 0/4/54 this relate in order to: New Contracts signed/Up coming Loans/Pipe Line. These titles are taken from investors.assetzcapital.co.uk/loans/coming-soon page. They are spot figures and not totals for the month.

The "Lent Total / monthly lent" column normally gives two figures the grand total lent followed by the total for the previous month, e.g. 1.11.16 has a monthly lent total of 23,347,768 - this is the total for Oct 2016 not Nov. Though because of rounding I've not updated this figure since 1.4.20 i.e. the total figure is "stuck" an £1bn

The table has become a little messy over time I need to tidy it a bit. <---I'm in the process of tidying please be patient.

p=partial, ()=repaid, d=ditto, wk=weekend, bh=Bank Holiday, e=most or all figures estimated, c=correction, 2=1loan went straight to Upc so I've counted it in both new & Upc Or new loan went straight to Live and hasn't previously been visible on the site and thus I've counted it in other columns too (24.8.22). *also £100k personal limit, 3=AC have changed the presentation format of the info Dec2017, **=inexplicable jump in Tot Int. from 31.3.19 to 1.4.19 or other dates, another one from 30.4.19 to 1.5.19, Tot Loans column=from 1.10.19 it's the no. of loans in the loan book, previously it was no.of Borrowers. ***=inexplicable change or jump in figures 4=A re-entry of a previously listed loan. few times this month (Feb2020) proposals have re-entered the pipeline after being taken off earlier in the month (7loans re-entered on 15.1.2020). This went on "pause" yesterday with absolutely no update or comments on the AC website. Does anyone have any idea why or any other information that could help unravel the mystery?

Is the tenant still operating?

There's another thread with more about this, and more specific info on the AC Members board (which I'd suggest you join). Basically the tenant has gone into administration but it's unknown as yet whether there are implications for the loan. AC are investigating.

I have found this link for information about the Provision Fund for Assetz Capital;

Both Ratesetter and Saving Stream have the value of their provision funds published, up front, on their website.

The Assetz Capital website states;

The balance and blend of the fund will vary over time at the discretion of the Directors of APFL. The Provision Fund is funded from four permitted sources

However, I am unable to 'navigate' to the section where you detail, [1] the current provision fund balance and [2] the Green funds' live loan book balance.

However, it may be the case, that you do not have those current two figures published, on your website.

Small point but on the GEIA section of the Dashboard behind the Read more mini link it says 5% cover, might need adjusting.

Thank you for taking the time to reply to my post. Well done to Assetz Capital for planning to update the website, to create a new page for the Provision Fund statistics.

I look forward to seeing it when it is completed. Hopefully, you will be able to detail and update regularly both the; [1] the current provision fund balance and [2] the Green funds' live loan book balance.

That will make interesting reading and analysis over time, as Assetz Capital build up the business.

Indeed that is the plan. I have both as live figures so it's just a case of getting the page written and approved by our compliance team, and scheduled within a somewhat overloaded development team.
