Ed, just to close this out, are there any circumstances in which Cash Shop's insurance would NOT pay out if items were stolen (eg. if caused by fraud on the part of a Cash Shop employee / director?) and does MoneyThing have any separate insurance cover that would kick in under such circumstances? My thinking is that MT investors' contractual relationship is (I believe) solely with MT rather than with Cash Shop. Thanks. Following a worrying segment on today's Money Box programme about home insurance, it is not just just empolyees but persons who are authorized to be on the premises but are not employees i.e. cleaners.

Hi, Our respective insurances are fairly comprehensive, however there are always the standard force majeure conditions (war, natural disasters, Government sanctions, Acts of God, etc.) There are certain riders in place with respect to employees & Directors. Your contractual relationship is with MT and then we have separate contractual relationship with Cash Shop. Any further detail please email/PM me as I don't want to provide too much sensitive information on a public forum. Kind regards, Ed

Anyone know why they are called "tiger"? I believe it is because the 'prey' are stalked prior to the kidnapping. The UK instances have involved quite significant surveillance of both the primary and secondary targets before the crime is committed.
