I have some of that, boo hoo, "Cons****tion C****ny Pl*nt H*re" 1756 has gone all liquidator on us today as well. Maybe I'll get my pound of crane after all, or maybe I'll just get the aspidistra out of reception.

Got a bit of HP restaurant though, and they are trying to pay up bit by bit.

Moderators... B**tl*oc* is a trademark of the company in question so it should probably be redacted (or we could call it a throttleknock!)
OG, it's a thing that lets you buy bottled water at festivals 'n' stuff.

More bad news, Whole**** And Web**** Exp****** 1364, a flawless performer so far, has been downgraded.
But good news, Cap**** Expend**** For Exp****** 1373 has just cleared 3 months arrears in one fell swoop and is up to date, and even better an autobidder has just bought the lot.

Well what a surprise, some of the Zombie (sorry 'delinquent') loans pay up when threatened with default and liquidation. Money is magically found. Only a few, perhaps, but better than the 'no defaults' policy.

Are you sure it was an autobidder? Not if the same person bought more than one part.

...and more bad news. T** N** T***** - ID1296 has gone into "dissolution". This was a large loan at £250k and has "specific asset security" and is "Director Guaranteed". It will be interesting to see how much is recovered.

I've tried googling, but had no luck, but what DATE did this dissolution notice become public knowledge, as FC downgraded the loan today (11th) based on this notice?

However, I have a strong feeling based on the ***'s and size tht this might be the one which someone else who is active on this forum once said he was "still expecting to get a wing mirror" from. However, I treat FCs statements of 'has gone into dissolution' with a pinch of salt based on prior experience. I don't think (famous last words) I've ever had one where that was actually true: they have always been cancelled/struck out. Late filing of accounts Does this loan by any chance involved quarries ? And a director/owner who was abroad (In the states ??) and therefore Q's didn't get A'd ? I'm probably barking up the wrong tree.

The only company I can find with the same name on CompanyCheck is marked as "Not Trading". The loan does involve a couple of new large vehicles for tartan patterned concrete It's just I have an interesting timing issue with this loan being on the market (dumped?) so close to this event -- and me picking it up only for it to almost immediately be downgraded. Of course, it could be coincidence, but wanted to know the actual date involved -- formerly solid payment history, asset backed as has been mentioned.

There have been potential warning signs with this one that I've been receiving via company check alerts for the last few months now, such as frequent credit rating changes and most recently in the last week, a change of name. I sold out of most of mine around 6 weeks ago on the basis that they appeared to be late filing accounts. I retained a small exposure though on the basis that the loan had specific asset backing, so it will be interesting to see what happens...
