Dont need to read the Times, its all on the FCA website which is the original source. FYI marketing restriction on anyone who cant certify as a sophisticated or HMW investor will be 10% of net investable assets in P2P for the first year. Investors will have to take an appropriateness test.

Anyone seen an update for the London loans - no update since May that I can see on the private portal? As I recall, there was some kind of a deadline on July 24, so I expect we'll hear something soon. Hopefully we'll get an e-mail to alert us to any news (as before).

No updates since May on there though
