PBL53 seems to be another loan that has now entered the uncertainty zone. Original 12 months, a paid one month extension was reported in March which would just have expired if this was actually a 6 month loan (any reason for an extension if not) but site showing 3 months remaining which would tally with 12 months from launch, though it actually drew down 2 months late AIUI. Would be nice if occassionally all the ducks lined up and the situation was clear!

It would be great to have some stats on the number of of loans made and how many have been repaid, ie
100 PBL's 5 didn't drawdown
95 went live 20 repaid 75 currently live
Of the 20 that repaid: 17 repaid in full 2 defaulted, but 100% recovered 1 defaulted, provision fund refunded shortfall(PF topped back up to 2%)
Loans that didn't recover 100%, 1 loan PBL xx, recovered 64% of loan value at auction, PF paid out £ 254,359.
This would be a great addition to the current information.
Disclaimer: The above figures are just an example, and aren't real, to my knowledge only 1 PBL loan has ever defaulted and 100% was recovered at auction, including all interest due.

Sure (I need a small break from all the DD today )... 96 PBLs... Very quickly done from my index page; there may be some mistakes 62 Are currently Live (with 1 yet to be drawndown) 91 Successfully went live 31 Loans have repaid ( 6 before drawdown) 1 Cancelled before going live 1 Default Will do some further stats later (more frigging DD as well... but I need to eat first)

ilmoro, the estimated end dates for PBLs 89, 90, 91 and 93 don't look right. PBL89 is a 6 month loan, so should end about October. PBLs 90 and 91 have end dates about the same as their launch dates. And PBL93 should presumably be 2017 rather than 16? Also, end dates are missing for PBLs 92, 95 and 96. Thank you for maintaining this list - I refer to it a lot!

Update Today for PBL98 - This loan has now been drawn down. That was quick. But I suppose SS knew from the PFs that the loan would be funded instantly, so there's no reason for them to make it live more than a couple days before the money is needed to go to the borrower. After all, releasing it earlier would mean SS have to pay out more interest to investors.

They havent updated the site to reflect the extension, read into that what you will. Its already been live for more than 12months but the current end date would be 12months from drawdown. (assuming it was 12month loan)

Thanks for reply.

I sought clarification on the calendar date to which interest had been paid, given the misalignment of loan update versus displayed term, but received no response (previously they have been very good). Decided to sell up.

Although I haven't anything invested in PBL33, I thought I add my add my 2 pennies worth... The update (12/04) said that SS had " received interest for three-month extension" so that suggests to me (unless SS are lying) that they had actually physically received the additional interest from the borrower, before that update. My guess is that SS are just continuing their own tradition of not updating the "remaining term" for loans (they did quite well recently, but maybe they got withdrawal symptoms ). I've also dropped SS an e-mail to see if they will clarify the situation...
