Shouldn't take long ... nothing to report on any of them really. Tick tock hasn't paid for two months Something incomprehensible on Scotland PG Offers for Liverpool. I would agree there is little that is tangible. However the talk of the possibility in due course that interim payments may be possible could, with a bit of effort be seen as a good thing. The Ticking loan is clearly the disappointing aspect, it does now sound more like a timer on a bomb than the tumblers on a safe. Add that the plan for the scaly animal loan is now clearer and at least we know a little bit more than we did. Then again sometimes ignorance really is bliss...... If you pop over to Mr Spencer's gaff you'll find more info on Plymouth ... ISTM sold for near the GDV, shame about the extra costs

Wonder how much the former Directors are still being paid (with our money) by the Administrators for "Consultancy" regarding their savvy business like handling of this easily avoidable utter shambles? Set up a Platform, you have no idea what you're doing and run the Platform into the ground, collecting very nice Salaries & Divvies along the way, and then collect even more cream from the Administrators when the whole thing blows up. Thanks FCA, your due diligence and oversight of these P2P Platforms is greatly appreciated ...........

I have prodded the Administrators about the lack of loan updates and the delay in distributions. I am a bit surprised that no one else seems to have raised this? I think it important to make it repeatedly evident to Administrators that somebody out there is still interested...

With all these IPs I have no doubt it's a ploy.
There is no other reason if you're performing the Administration even half competently.
Lots of disgruntled Investors phoning/writing/emailing and wanting action/answers = Kerching!!!
Money for very old rope ...........

I think it important to make it repeatedly evident to Administrators that somebody out there is still interested... The Administrators are fully aware and everytime they need to respond to a request/query/etc you can bet your bottom dollar that they will charge £xx for the reply. It's a total money grabbing injustice but unfortunately (for us) a legal one. It will only stop once they can see the money running out and then hey presto, it will all be conveniently wrapped up with us lender/investors that handed over our hard earned cash in good faith maybe getting a few pennies in the pound and there's really nothing anyone can do about it.
I've seen it before and in my next life I'm going to qualify as one of them!!!

Yes, all IPs are ...................... "Professionals""held to and adhering to the highest ethical and professional [that word again] standards.""answerable to the Courts""answerable to our own Professional Body""Blah, blah, blah, blah......."
Question - "In the UK, who are Insolvency Practitioners answerable to?" :- ChatGPT - In the UK, Insolvency Practitioners are primarily answerable to several regulatory bodies, including the Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). These organizations set ethical and professional standards for Insolvency Practitioners and oversee their conduct. Insolvency Practitioners may also be subject to oversight and regulation by other professional bodies depending on their qualifications and affiliations. Well, I don't know about anyone else on here, but I'm sure with all these Professional "Regulatory Bodies" on the case we can expect (like the FCA) that a very, VERY thorough job will be done.
