Afternoon, Just to let you know that the loan of £2,015,000 secured against the Hotel & Restaurant in Prestbury ( MTAI576 to MTAI579), is likely to be repaid within the next 4 weeks. (Further details can be found on the listing). Kind regards, Ed UPDATE: The sale of the property (and therefore repayment of this loan), is taking a little longer than anticipated. Latest information is that this will be completed around the 8th June, although I should be able to give a firm indication later today. Regards, Ed UPDATE: After a considerable amount of time spent by the borrower in response to the acquisition offer from the interested party looking to acquire the property & business, the borrower has just withdrawn from negotiations and as such the sale is no longer proceeding. The borrower has now decided to proceed with the original plan and submit planning for the retirement apartments which will be submitted next week. Lenders will be able to view the submission on the local authority planning portal approx. 14 days after. (Please see attached Planning Submission Excerpt). We apologise to those lenders who sold their holding in this loan in anticipation of the repayment. Kind regards, Ed
