The order may well be sealed by Friday so if people are *really* interested then they can ask the court for it or donate to the cheese fund and I'll request it on Monday.

No comment at all re The Holiday Park ..not even a “nothing to report” Bizarrely they is now an update showing for this one. Sold for £1.35m, £1m interim distribution to MT but with directions hearing pending funds not being distributed though admins looking into prospect of making an interim distribution if possible.

this update on one of the loans:
"10/08/2021
The Joint Administrators are liaising with the Joint Administrators in respect of their recommended sales strategy in order to maximise the available return to lenders. The Joint Administrators will provide a further update to lenders once the position has been fully reviewed."
So they even get paid for talking to themselves it appears.

Saw this nonsense somewhere else.  As Brackers clearly knows, but just for anyone who hasnt twigged, there are two sets of joint-administrators: the ones appointed over the borrower who are responsible for the realising the security and the ones appointed over MT who are responsible for winding down the loanbook. And as the two sets of IP dont even work for the same company they arent in this case talking to themselves.

Did it resell to the original owners? To early to say. Hopefully will be revealed in the next loan specific admin report which is due in the next fortnight by my maths, though might have happened post report.

Whole slew of updates on MT dated 7/12/21. More like a whole slew of the same thing, either: "There is nothing further to report at this time." or "Distribution of funds is on hold until the conclusion of the Court application in February 2022." with a few others thrown in.

However the talk of the possibility in due course that interim payments may be possible could, with a bit of effort be seen as a good thing. The Ticking loan is clearly the disappointing aspect, it does now sound more like a timer on a bomb than the tumblers on a safe. Add that the plan for the scaly animal loan is now clearer and at least we know a little bit more than we did. Then again sometimes ignorance really is bliss......
