These emails seem to be about 12? hours out of date
If I press on Participated (top right of every page on the site) it shows that none or few of the threads listed on the email have been updated since my last visit

These emails seem to be about 12? hours out of date If I press on Participated (top right of every page on the site) it shows that none or few of the threads listed on the email have been updated since my last visit Mines anything from 9hrs to 48hrs and one where it cant even find the thread. Wonder if in my case its because I view most posts on Recent Posts and therefore dont actually access the threads themselves so it doesnt register when it looks as last updated. Edit: Having just looked a the whole participated list my email contains about a quarter of the threads that are relevant and only the ones where I have actually gone to the thread itself. If Ive accessed via Recent Posts even if Ive posted a reply/quote it doesnt seem to pick them up as updates. Cant say Im bothered as I always deleted the email as soon as it arrives
