Did you get the email from us with a link to login? If you are using your old password then it won't work. You need to click the link and go through that way to reset your password. If you haven't received it, if you could DM me your login I will get admin to reset it for you.

Love the new site Andy. Love it. Love it. Don't ever change it. The synchronisation of a high quality interactive experience juxtaposed with the understated simplicity of it all. A master stroke indeed. I can truly say without any hint of irony, that this is what the internet was invented for. One little question though, I mean it's nothing really, hardly worth mentioning in fact. But ........ how do you log in? I mean the way the little box with ' Invalid email and/or password. Please try again.' just pops up time and time again, right there, perfectly central, well it's just something else. Instantly recognisable yet discreet and understated. Assured but modest. Wonderful. Breathtaking in fact. But I just feel there's something missing, and I can't quite put my finger on it Sorry for the trouble. If you go to 'forgot password' and use the email associated with your account... you can rest it there and then log in. Regards Ablrate

Right. ablrateandy is off to bed . If anyone has problems then please post up or DM me (which bounces straight to my email). I'll be up by 7am and ablrate and I will be around all weekend although I will be intermittently competing in a regatta which may delay response time! Thanks to everyone for the comments so far.

Do you intend to put the remainder of unfulfilled underwritten loans on the SM at par, assuming institutions dont gobble them up? In which case, how will UW parts be treated compared to lender offers? Will lender offers at the same rate be placed ahead of UW parts in the SM queues? Will UW offers be clearly identified, even if size might give it away initially?

Hi ilmoro We are working with underwriters who are more 'buy and hold' than looking to sell but it's one of the things we are working on with the auto-invest system, so the process of priorities is being worked on now. Defining who is offering what is art of that discussion. Regards Ablrate

I did the "forgotten password" thing (as I ,too, didn't get the link to login). Waited a good while. Eventually got "An email containing instructions to change your password has been sent to your email address." Waited another good while, getting nothing. 6 weeks since I last heard from Ablrate. I've had in that time, 6 payments - I think!

I'm wondering what the total number of investors is in the new loan?

I see the card payment facility accepts both debit and credit cards.
Assuming Ablrate make no charge for CCs, has anyone used one and, if so, can they advise whether the CC company regards it as a cash advance and charges a cash advance fee or regards it as a 'transaction'?

Apologies but that is an error. We don't accept credit cards, I am afraid!

Apologies but that is an error. We don't accept credit cards, I am afraid! That's odd, I was sure I had seen the words 'credit cards' but obviously not! I must just have seen 'Visa' and 'MasterCard' in the dropdown on your processor's website and leapt, with great agility, to the wrong conclusion. Sorry about that, and thanks for the prompt response!

It's almost 100% definitely our fault. The wrong images were up when the new system went live so we may well have incorrect info somewhere still.

The payment processor has a "Select Card Type" pulldown list to select from. The choices are "Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo". Visa worked fine for me for Visa Debit but I'm not surprised if people assume Visa and Mastercard mean the credit card types because that is where the branding is most commonly advertised, even though Visa debit cards are routinely issued by banks.
There's also a prompt for CV2 number which is a bit odd because that value is normally written as CVV2, not CV2. While both are correct, try a search with google to see the relative valule of the two, one has ahandy pictures in search results and ltos of content, the other much less so. Even so, I suspect a lot of people don't kno what CVV2 means unprompted and it's usual to have additional text saying it's the last three digits on the back of the card (except for Amex where it's the printed flat, not embossed, four digits on the front).
The dashboard text next to the deposit button is clear enough: "Please click here to deposit your funds via debit card or bank transfer".

Yes, the list did also include 'Delta', though if I recall correctly that 'brand' is now usually referred to as 'Visa Debit', so that added to my confusion. And I didn't think 'Switch' still existed. Maybe the payment processor software needs updating.
No worries, I used my Visa Debit card after seeing Ablrate's message on here.
