According to the email I received, PBL 37 is for a loan of £151,000 against a property valued at £150,000. That doesn't seem like a great LTV ratio to me. Is it like that because it's all the same borrower for all three loans? Typo, should be £250k value

With five days to go I sold my modest holdings in these three today, only mine on there, went in minutes.
Nearly 40 grand for sale now.

Yeah, I think that 40k came on pretty much all at once, so probably a single seller. Down to under 15k now. My guess is back to zero in another hour - we'll see

Before P2P, savers put a guinea in a piggy bank, now they smash the banks to become guinea pigs.

The 'Remaining Time' on loans 37,38 & 39 have suddenly gained about 90 days and the 'Remaining Time' on loans 69,70 & 71 have suddenly lost about 90 days. These are all to the same borrower. It looks as though SS have redistributed the upfront interest between the 6 loans. Is that allowed ?

Clause 9.6 onwards but they are supposed to notify us and given they were expected to repay a month ago according to update its a bit cheeky. Actually picked up by GVS3Miac Fri but I guess most people were distracted by other things

What are your views on this one ? Aren't you like me losing patience ? Or just sitting on accruing interest confident that it will be paid at some stage ?

Sounds indeed like you were right, judging from the last update: "Where the offers are not sufficient to repay the capital sum owed to investors," Would the provision fund normally intervene in this case ?
