Get your teeth into this one - 13616. £416,680 A+ All asset security. Wonder if they'll take the money as soon as it's filled? John Did you know something? Should I be looking out for your future tips?! I knew nothing at all. I'd just read this thread whilst downloading my parts and having made a few sales was looking to reinvest. Pure fluke to have spotted this one. I'm out at 14.7. It was only 11% filled when I bid so wasn't expecting it to be all over this soon. John

too big a loan, the trick to this sort of business is cash and stock management and they are going the wrong way, walked away They now state that 2015's figures are ahead of 2014's (no numbers). I'm accidentally in this one - having set up autobid to fish for early closers. Experian and FC think that they're a good credit risk, but I'd prefer to see more of a business case made.

13616 - I shall keep an eye on the average rate. Sometimes the borrower closes when the average rate reaches 10%. Eg 13441 yesterday closed one day early at average 10.0% and top rate 11.0% (there was another reason to watch that one - their earlier loan 8663 had closed early at 14%.)

If it doesn't close right now there's no chance of drawdown before Monday morning - when it is entirely feasible it will get closed; especially if it takes all weekend to drop from 10.6% to 10% or more; they might think sticking it out for a couple more days for a couple more .% isn't worth it...

Actually, to my amazement, a few loans HAVE drawn down over the weekend, but yep, it is rather rare.

Actually, to my amazement, a few loans HAVE drawn down over the weekend, but yep, it is rather rare. If I'm not mistaken, I think 13491 has managed to close and draw down today (Sunday). Whether they actually get the money in their sticky hands before the banks open tomorrow morning, I know not.

Yep, they did (close, I dunno about get the money). I definitely got the loan parts though. So .. rare, but not impossible. I've seen closes (if not turned into loans? I can't really remember) at silly hours like 06:15 AM as well.

The rate on 13616 is already down to 9.8%, with a marginal rate of 13.1%. They've been quite responsive on the Q&A, which I guess will have helped them.

Early close feeling less and less likely - if it's not today I think it will go the distance.
All speculation is based on totally Fanny Adams though
