I'm trying to work out/remember who will be paying off what in July, to find out if I can meet my targets. So from memory I think: London Retail 1&2 is expected full (early) repayment Spondon - full repayment expected I know Hackney is expected in less than 60days now but are there any others where we can expect sizeable payments? I'm ignoring any one month to go loans as we all know what can happen there (Except Loan #24 **** Ideas; I think that will be okay) These 3 are due to repay early, but not sure any will be in July, possibly August. Loan #82 C******* S.O. Loan #114 W************ P.I. Loan #120 D***** P.D.

Also #143 C** Wind Portfolio, but I think the underwriter(s) still hold almost all that badly messed up loan.
There is a very good chance Hackney will be resolved this month, or 1st week August, based on the last update.

Oops that a business name baronwomble, So for safety I've just edited it away. Thanks for the info. I'm not sure how certain that will be to complete though. Perhaps once AC have seen the letter and confirm it I'll add it, hopefully it's just a formality.

I'm expecting an internal refinance/extension and that's why we have been getting lump sum partial repayments to keep us sweet. And to be honest it's worked for me, I'm quite open to any suggestions from the Borrower as to how to move forward. But I'm not expecting full repayment I guess I'm looking for a degree of certainty before it's worth including in the list aboveIn Edit. I probably shouldn't have included Dorset as it's not certain.

No you are right... this is at the very end of the 25th June Activity update. Just after where it says AC is expecting full repayment soon.

Update today on both #68 CCL and #156 HBL, still expecting both to repay tomorrow 31 July. Believe it when I receive it with #68, but you never know  . Also re-confirmation today on #74 SBL that repayment still expected by 3 August. |

#156 HBL funds recd & will be distributed later today will be distributed asap, though possibly not until 2/8 due to the fact interest paid until that date (accounting thing). Not necessarily a bad thing as nowhere to stick it at moment
