Blackheath (9321/11016/12943) would like another tranche. Just another £66k, taking them to a tidge over £400k total against GDV of <finger in corner of mouth> One Million Pounds.
The loo roll cosy they found at a nice little craft fair round the corner was a teensy bit more expensive than budgeted, apparently.
But this really, definitely, positively is all that's required, and they're just about finished building them, and they'll be on the market in August. Promise...
If it's all true, and the final tranche includes some splashback (originals were 1.5%/0.5%/2%), then that's going to be a very healthy annualised chunk, I suspect. Dive in quickly?
