And today up from Montenegro to Cavtat for lunch, and now moored up in Croatia round the back of Dubrovnik. Apparently no restrictions on movement for this asset. I guess some boaties are more equal than others!  |

Seeing that superYacht loan now been extended (again!)
What happens (just in case) that guy who has mortgaged his superYacht and house fails/refuses to pay back and savingstream decides to take control of the assets and dispose them off themselves and it doesn't comeback with amount it should? Can savingstream go after other assets that guy has?
(Out of curiousty)

Can savingstream go after other assets that guy has? (Out of curiousty) I suspect that road is probably more hassle than its worth as its likely to involve considerable expense. However, there is a PG & debenture so SS have a claim over other assets. Original docs mention prospective buyer in wings if required at c3 times loan values, unclear if still an option now.

Don't know about the boat, but I'd have thought any sale involving the house would easily cover any expense involved.
Personally I'm in on the house, but not the boat. International waters/law and all that...

If the ship's not currently in use, the marine electronics usually will be powered down (even if there's a skeleton crew aboard).

As SteveT says - back in its elite marina, last jaunt was a short trip around the harbour on 29/30 September.
